REQUIREMENTS FOR INDONESIAN BASED DISTRIBUTOR
- Valid Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) Permit
- Valid Surat Ijin Usaha Pedagangan (SIUP), Tanda Daftar Perusahaan (TDP), Akta Pendirian Usaha, Surat Keterangan Domisili Perusahaan (SKDP)
- Possess warehouse meeting standards required by Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB)
- No criminal record for shareholders, directors and commissioners of the company
REQUIREMENTS FOR INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTOR
Please check your country’s regulations on valid licenses to sell prescribed pharmaceutical products and storage facility’s requirements for pharmaceutical products. Please indicate in no. 6 of the Online Distributor Application Form the legal requirements from our company to support your registration to the local authorities to be a distributor of our products in your country. There must be no criminal record for shareholders, directors or commissioners of the company.
